Orders placed during the last two (2) weeks before Halloween
will ship with Oct. 31st in mind. Unless otherwise specified, shipping
will be upgraded to ensure your order makes it to you by Halloween.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges.
This upgrade fee is the actual UPS, USPS, or DHL fee.

Pre-Order FAQ
What is a
pre-order and how do I place one?
Pre-Ordering allows customers to place orders for
new and highly sought after items early.
Because these items are so popular, and their availability is usually limited, they are accepted on
a first-come, first-served basis. While we make every effort to deliver the item as promised,
pre-orders are sometimes subject to manufacturer delays and under-shipments. In the event
of a problem, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible via email.
When will
my pre-order arrive?
Your pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped as close as possible to the product's release date.
Release date is based on when the manufacturer makes the product available. In the event that
a manufacturer changes a release date after you have placed your order, notification will
be posted. We are not liable for date changes caused by manufacturer.
Has my credit card been charged?
Regular credit card transactions will be authorized, but no funds will be captured. Once
the item(s) you have ordered are en route, funds will be captured and your order will be
processed an usual. Paypal pre-orders (actually, any Paypal order is this way)
must submit payment within 48 hours or your order will be canceled. Payment
is accepted and the fund are held in our Paypal account until your order is
shipped. Mixed orders (orders with items in stock and pre-order items) are
authorized and captured. All in stock items are shipped and any pre-order
items are shipped as soon as they arrive.
Most online orders ship next business day via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or DHL Ground
providing the order is placed before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Please notify us if expedited shipping is required.

Loss/Damage Insurance
up to the value of merchandise on all UPS and DHL shipments
(U.S. Postal Service shipments excluded).
Expedited or Air service transportation is required for shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO addresses,
and all International destinations. Additional fees will apply.
*All online orders ship next business day if received by 5:00 p.m. (PST).
Online orders received after 5:00 p.m. (PST) ship within 24 hours.
Paypal, mail or phone-in orders ship within one business day of receipt of payment.
Recognized Holidays are not considered a business day.
Special order or pre-order items do not apply.

Additional charges for over night, next day air or 2nd day air will apply.
Nightmare Before Christmas items are only available
for sale and shipment within the United States and Canada.

Due to the nature of this Industry, no returns will be accepted after October 15th. Once an order is delivered, customer assumes all responsibility. No returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Return claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns. An additional surcharge may be added to orders that are large or extra heavy. HauntMasters is not liable for naturally occurring variations in products. International orders may have additional shipping charges. All shipping charges are at the customers expense. All orders are inspected prior to shipping. Refunds or cancellations, please allow 2-4 weeks for refund. |
